INBOUND

The Inbound Definition. So what does Inbound mean? In general, it means anything that is moving inwards or is incoming from another direction. This is important to understand because this idea can easily be applied to marketing, like potential customers that are moving inwards towards a platform or product.

OUTBOUND

Outbound call is one initiated by a call center agent to a customer on behalf of a call center or client. Outbound calls are typically made to prospective customers and focus on sales, lead generation, telemarketing and fundraising.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical Support is a position hired by a company to oversee and maintain their computer hardware and software systems. Their skills are an asset to the company, as they assist in resolving technical issues concerning customer’s accounts or company software infrastructure.
